En 2014, EDT Va’a a réalisé un Grand Chelem historique en remportant les 3 étapes de la Hawaiki Nui. La course a été sensationnelle et les sacrifices consentis par les rameurs pour décrocher cette victoire ont été énormes. Les heures d’entraînements, la souffrance, le dépassement de soi pour finalement aboutir à la joie, le couronnement et la célébration. En 2015, EDT Va’a a bien l’intention de conserver son titre après plusieurs semaines de préparation.
